Shincha, or new tea, is made using new leaves from the first harvest of tea each spring. Shincha truly represents the beauty of a traditional tea experience. It offers a delicate and refined taste that is slightly buttery and exceptionally smooth. This shincha variety of sencha tea is sourced from a number of small scale farmers in northern Victoria, Australia.

Place a heaped teaspoon (2.5g) of tea per cup (250ml) into a teapot or infuser. Add filtered water at 70°C-80°C and allow to infuse for 3 minutes. Strain the tea and serve.
